Love for over 40 years.
Over
350 residents enjoy life on
the Traceway Retirement Community
campus. Since Traceway offers
a continuum of care, each resident
enjoys the comfort of knowing
that all of their residential
needs will be met.
Traceway has proved to be a
home where older adults can
learn, grow, and thrive. It
is a not-for-profit ministry
of Mississippi Methodist Senior
Services, Inc. Traceway is dedicated
to providing attractive, affordable
housing for older adults in
Northeast Mississippi.
Independent
Living
There
are 47 Cottages on the Traceway
campus providing independence
and security in a spacious,
home setting. Residents enjoy
the privacy of their own
home with 24-hour security and
emergency assistance, and they
never have to worry about maintenance.
There are 3 single houses, 41
two-bedroom cottages and 3 three-bedroom
cottages.
The Cottages are purchased through
a Refundable Life Use Fee. In
addition, there is a monthly
rent / service fee. The monthly
fee covers apartment rental,
utilities, security and emergency
assistance, maintenance (including
beautifully landscaped grounds),
garbage removal and social and
recreational programs.
A
percentage of the RLUF is deducted
from the monthly rent/service
fee for all residents as long
as they live anywhere on the

Designed
for independent, active older
adults, Traceway Manor offers
privacy and security through
133 apartments. These residents
thrive with the knowledge that
they can maintain their
independence
in a safe environment at an
affordable monthly rate with
no up-front fee. Amenities of
Traceway Manor include a nutritious
noon meal six days a week, utilities,
maintenance, a variety of social,
educational and spiritual
activities,
transportation services and
a beauty/barber shop.

Personal
Care
The
Mitchell Center offers a personal
care program for older adults
who can no longer live in an
independent setting. Residents
furnish and live in a private
studio apartment. This living
option, also known as assisted
living, promotes the independence
of residents while providing
individualized service so that
residents maintain their dignity.
Services include three meals
a day, medication monitoring,
daily housekeeping, and assistance
with bathing and grooming. For

Nursing
Care/Alzheimer Care
The
staff of the Cedars Health Center
provides 24-hour compassionate,
professional, skilled nursing
care that exceeds state requirements.
At the same time, they offer
an environment with opportunities
for residents to care and grow
- an environment full of life.
A wing is currently designated
for residents with Alzheimer's
